Three beautiful bedrooms with simply furnished and private bathrooms, all immersed in the green of the garden and in the blue of the salt pool (excellent for those with allergies to chlorine) with hydromassage area and solarium. Large private covered and uncovered parking with automatic gate. Independent entrance.
My name is Elisa and finally after a good few years I made my dream come true. I am pleased to welcome you to my home located in a convenient position to visit many tourist attractions, including the closest, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso and a stone's throw from Lake Maggiore.
Just 300 meters on foot you reach the beach of Arolo on Lake Maggiore where you will find a bar and games for children. Always on foot you can reach several restaurants. The area is full of tourist attractions, in fact, 3 minutes by car there is the Hermitage of S.Caterina del Sasso, from where you can then take the boat and visit the Borromeo islands, Stresa etc. Then there is Angera with its splendid fortress and opposite Arona. You can then visit 2 magnificent FAI villas: villa Della Porta Bozzolo in Casalzuigno or villa Panza with its contemporary art exhibition in Varese. Also in Varese then there is the Sacro Monte........ The list goes on but I will be happy to advise you personally on places a little less known but certainly impactful. See you soon Elisa
