The apartment is located in Civenna, a peaceful mountain area of Bellagio with essential shops and services nearby. Situated on the first floor and accessible by stairs, the apartment accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children. It features a bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, open-plan sleeping area, and 1 bathroom. Included amenities: free Wi-Fi, TV, and high chair. Guests have access to a shared garden with barbecue area, perfect for relaxing outdoors. From June, a charming heated Finnish wooden tub is also available (shared with guests of the other apartments, max 8 people), open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm—ideal for wellness moments with a view of nature. The property offers experiences such as hiking, cooking classes, and e-bike tours. Two private parking spaces and free public parking nearby are available. An e-bike is available and extra cleaning can be requested for an additional fee. No pets allowed. No smoking. Air conditioning is not available.
