Barberini Design Suites is a modern and luxurious guesthouse with 8 suites, each featuring a private bathroom, some of which boast an open-plan shower, designed to offer an experience of comfort and elegance. Located in the Ludovisi district, it is 400 metres from Piazza Barberini and the metro station, and just a few minutes’ walk from the Trevi Fountain, Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna, Via Condotti, the Quirinale, the Opera House and Roma Termini station. The area offers restaurants, shops, boutiques and numerous shared mobility services. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: - LATE CHECK-IN after 8.00 pm costs 20 euro; after 11.00 pm, it costs 30 euro. - You must pre-authorise (no direct debit) a security deposit of euro100, which will be released within 7 days of check-out, or alternatively pay an insurance fee of 25 euro. As stated in the property’s rules. - The TOURIST TAX is NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING (6 euro per night) - SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the property! - Please RESPECT your NEIGHBOURS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during night-time hours (10 pm – 8 am), on arrival and departure. - Upon check-out, please dispose of any RUBBISH outside in the communal bins. - If you require a bathroom kit and EXTRA cleaning, there is an additional charge NOT included in the booking rate. - Chauffeur service available on request.
