The thing that makes my structure special is undoubtedly the panorama, which can be admired from all the rooms, the huge terrace, overlooking Lake Como and the swimming pool that can be used from June to September.

Hello my name is Luca, I live in Dervio, I am 38 years old, I am married, and I have 2 children aged 6 and 1 year. I am a big fan of MTB and SKI MOUNTAINEER that fortunately I can practice near where I live.

The area where I live for me is beautiful, a few meters from the lake and the mountain to practice any sport such as MOUNTAIN BIKE, SAILING, WINDSURF, KITESURF, SKI, NORDIC WALKING, CLIMBING, SKIING, SWIMMING. Connected by both the Superstrada 36 and the railway, to reach Milan, the ALTA VALTELLINA and Sankt Moritz in an hour's journey. In winter we are just 30 minutes by car from the Bobbio ski resorts and 45 minutes by car from the Valgerola ski resorts. Ideal places for fun in the snow and families. BEST PLACES: CORENNO CASTLE, MONTE LEGNONE, MONTE LEGNONCINO, and IL TRIANGOLO LARIANO (Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio) and many locals on the lake for a drink, happy hour, or an unforgettable dinner. Finally one of the things I like best is the boat trip on Lake Como (which I do with my family every year). In a single day you can touch the whole lake, and admire it from another and suggestive point of view, being able to afford stops and visits to the most interesting places such as: VARENNA-BELLAGIO-MENAGGIO-COMO-CERNOBBIO ecc.ecc.
