Holiday home "Belvedere Sant'Angelo", in the historic center, in buildings of the XIV / XVI century, completely renovated anti-seismic, where they were recovered for the most part the original terracotta floors, wooden ceilings and exposed stone walls ( flint). For a pleasant and comfortable stay, both in winter and in summer. Ideal for two people, it offers comfortable hospitality even for close-knit groups or families up to 3 people. From the window you can enjoy a glimpse of Monteluco; the window overlooks the characteristic alley that descends to the monastery of SantAngelo, a splendid 16th century building. Inside the apartment are also visible two "Cappuccine", cavities dating back to the remote era, carved inside the walls to place lamps or candles for the lighting of the rooms. For stays longer than 10 days, please contact us for an appropriate discount. Studio, elegantly divided into area / day and area / night; kitchenette; wardrobe; bathroom; two armchairs / bed; a double bed.
The particular structure of the building and the intelligent subdivision of the apartments, allows easy communication between adjacent spaces, allowing to share the stay to groups of 7 people (connecting 2 apartments) or 11 people (connecting 3 apartments). The apartment is equipped with two televisions, one in the living area and one in the sleeping area. - We will be avaiable to welcom you and to provid you with all the information and direction you need. Save binding duties, we will be at your disposal during the whole stay. - On request, we can pick you up and drive you anywhere in Spoleto or to nearby towns or other touristic places (Assisi, Perugia, Foligno, Norcia, Val Nerina, Terni, Orte …) - On request, it is possible to organize tours and hikes: urban or country trekking, visits to our charming woods, horse riding, biking, culinary tours and even visits to winemaking farms and tasting of our local specialties, always guided by professionals.
In the historical center, but in a particularly quiet area, in a stretch of the street forbidden to traffic (except for loading / unloading operations). A short walk from theaters and the main monuments and squares. Completely renovated according to earthquake standards. The thickness of the perimeter walls (from 80 to 120 cm) ensures pleasant temperatures in the summer and a natural warmth in the winter. The apartment is just minutes from beautiful walks, such as the famous "Giro della Rocca" a pleasant location with views across the valley of Spoleto, one of the most beautiful in Italy. It 'not far from the "Ponte delle Torri", charming and majestic thirteenth century aqueduct, currently closed for restoration work. No far from wonderful trails appreciated by lovers of trekking and cycling (via Francigena, the CAI paths, mountain bike trails). Maps and updates are available at the Tourist Information Office.
