Check-in and Reporting Issues: Standard check-in: 4:00 PM Last-minute bookings: For last-minute bookings (same-day), check-in times may vary. Our team will do their utmost to ensure the apartment is ready as quickly as possible. Mandatory reporting: Any issues or discrepancies regarding the apartment must be reported within one hour of arrival to allow for a timely response. Waste Management – ​​Waste Sorting: To protect our beloved Earth, all municipalities around Lake Como require waste sorting into the following categories: Glass / Plastic / Paper / General Waste (Non-recyclable) Important: Trash bags are provided only upon arrival.
