Property overlooking Lake Garda in a brand new stone residence just 300m from the beach. A small private courtyard allows entry to our comfortable apartment. Opening onto a living area with fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and 2 double bedrooms. From the living room two large windows lead to the huge beachfront terrace with heated Jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen for barbecues, dining table, outdoor shower, rocking chair, coffie sets and sun beds for sunbathing and enjoying a breathtaking view! Nothing is missing !! To complete the comforts already listed, our guests can use a garage, wifi, air conditioning, heating. The residence has an elevator.

Neighborhood info

Brenzone is a very ancient city and all its history lives on in the architecture and frescoes of its castles and churches. With 12 km of land that bathes in Garda, Brenzone certainly does not lack beaches. There are small, large, free, equipped, ideal for children or for sportsmen, point of arrival and departures of surfers or divers, many of gravel where the clear water is ideal for swimming and the breeze facilitates sunbathing. The Municipality of Brenzone consists of 24 small villages that offer numerous opportunities for fun. You can choose to spend your time on walks and excursions or immerse yourself in the folk atmosphere of events and festivals.
