Surrounded by nature and offering exclusive access to a private beach, this property is the ideal retreat for families, couples, or small groups looking for peace, comfort, and a touch of lakeside elegance. This cozy cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests and features: • 2 double bedrooms with stylish furnishings • 1 bathroom with a shower • A welcoming living area with a smart TV and a sofa bed • A fully equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine • Air conditioning in the living room Outside, you'll enjoy: • A private veranda and garden perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation • Private washing machine and dryer, located in the garden • Parking inside the village • Direct access to a private beach, exclusively for residents Martina's house is pet friendly, enjoy your holiday with your four-legged friends. An extra charge of 5 euros per day per friend is required. A few days before check-in, guests will receive a link to fill in their ID details, sign a contract with the house rules, and pay the tourist tax (which is not collected by Booking).
