About 5km from Fiera Milano Rho and the new Galeazzi Hospital, Residenza Locatelli consists of 4 apartments recently built and furnished with all comforts. is ideal for a business trip or for a family trip to visit the area of Milan. All apartments are equipped with kitchenette equipped with induction hob, oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machines and dishwasher. The beds are single, the bathrooms have a shower and there are also independent heating, air conditioning and unlimited wifi. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Each apartment has a washing machine and a dryer in the laundry area and a parking space inside the property. The railway station of Rho city is 1.5 kms far, from there with S3/S6/S11 train you can easily reach one of the entrances of Fiera Milano Rho and you can also reach the center of Milan in 15 minutes. A few days before check-in, guests will receive a link to fill in their ID details, sign a contract with the house rules, and pay the tourist tax (which is not collected by Booking).
