The general ambience and vibe was so lovely. It looks like those classic hotels from back in the day but the upkeep of the hotel is great. It’s well-maintained and clean and not dated unlike other “classic” hotels you see with dated rooms that aren’t even clean. I booked a small room since I was traveling solo for The Eras Tour. It had a kettle and complimentary tea/coffee and some water bottles. There’s some noise level with the rooms next to me or people walking/talking outside the hallway but nothing too bothersome and I personally wouldn’t find this a problem however I think someone else woke up to my alarm and got upset. Whoops. Haha. Bathroom was also clean and came with amenities and there was a hairdryer provided. Breakfast was good! Typical European breakfast. But the ambience was nice to wake up to especially when you’re seated near the windows. Hotel staff were very friendly and polite and helpful. They also try to initiate conversations with you. Location is great! It’s relatively safe area especially if you’re a female solo traveler. It’s right across the tram station (V.Le Certosa Via Casella) which is more or less a 40-minute ride to Duomo. It’s also walking distance to a mini Carrefour Market and McDonald’s in case you have late night cravings.

The best hotel ever. Whatever you expect from a high quality hotel you can find here. The room and entire hotel is very clean. Staff are polite and positive. The breakfast is perfect and every detail is considered for gusts to have a good experience. I definitely will try this hotel again.

Super clean. Accommodating. Room was perfect! The breakfast was delicious. The staff were outstanding! So kind. Most spoke excellent English and did their absolute best to communicate. We could not have met nicer people than the staff at this hotel.

The cleanliness and staff were exceptional. The location was also great. It was close to the arena where I was attending an event. It’s also great walkability — it was about a 20 minute walk to a popular shopping center (Zara, H&M, etc.) I also liked the pickup from the airport arranged by the hotel.

Close to the metro station Lotto. Just around 6 minutes walk. Although there was no elevator, the room were cozy and they had all the amenities.

It is very stylish thematic hotel. Especially James Bond collections of the owner is amazing. All the staff is very friendly. Admiral Hotel manages the operation. Hotel is aged, but well kept according to age. Very close to both metro and train. Located on Malpensa-Fiera axis and not far to city center as well. Perfect for Fair events. There is a modern big mall close to hotel. Silent. Room size is good.

Decent hotel with very nice staff and delicious breakfast

Nice, clean, comfortable, new. Loved our stay here! Our best stay during our trip to Italy. We stayed in room 1208 it had an amazing view and the room was so spacious and comfortable. The staff were really nice & helpful especially Alexandra at the guest relations desk. She answered so many of our questions and was quick to get back to us at all times. Breakfast was good lots of variety. Walking distance to the metro. 100% recommended staying here.

A hotel in the perfect setting. It is away from the hassle and bustl of the Duomo and Breta, yet it is only 3 metro stops away. Very convenient location with a local market within walking distance.

This hotel is a very good value. The location is great. The staff are helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet contains many good choices with fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese and eggs. The hotel is very clean and charming. We loved our balcony with the fresh flowers and Christmas lights!
