Splendid apartment located in the center of a botanical garden with private access to the famous sandy Calandre beach which can be reached in a few minutes by crossing the splendid garden. Ideal for those who want to recharge in absolute tranquility, away from stress and confusion and immersed in a unique sea view. The apartment is located in the Ventimiglia "Le ville" area near the new Montecarlo designer port. A stone's throw from the French Riviera, from the renowned resorts of Menton, Montecarlo, Nice and Sanremo. On foot you can reach Borgo Ventimiglia Alta, the Cala del Forte port and the famous Friday market.
