Ideal for a holiday with family or friends. 8 beds spread over 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 service bathroom, large garage, wi-fi, garden and terrace from which you can admire the spectacular Monterosa chain. In accordance with Article 109 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily. Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards. There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide guests with any kind of food even if it is just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law. Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.
