If you would like to be close to the bustle and hustle of Garda while at the same time staying in a quiet villa on the hill, Villa Cá Le Terrazze is for you. It is located just 500 m from the port, the beaches, and the famous lake promenade. This is a recently modernized house ( all air conditioned) in a calm and residential area with a panoramic view. The garden is full of olive trees and Mediterranean plants. On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a spacious living room with a dining area with a completely fitted kitchen. At this floor, you can find a double bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as balconies with beautiful panoramic views. The pool is not heated and is usually always open. You will share the pool with the guests of Cà Gardesana. Both properties can be rented together and the two houses can accommodate groups or families of 16 people. Free Wifi.
