Before each new arrival the apartment is thoroughly cleaned by qualified personnel. Everything you need is washed and sanitized. The main feature of Ca’ Malatin is precisely that of being able to offer the comfort and the freedom of the house combined with a local support for any eventuality always present or need. The house takes its name from Calle Malatin where it is located. The name "Malatin" comes from cittadinesca Malatini family, coming from Modena in sec. XIV. The family of which we speak, nowadays extinct, they owned many properties in the historic center. It was for heraldic weapon, a tower; the family had grave in the church of SS. John and Paul, and produced, in the words of the chronicle, «many noble men in the letters and in the mercantile». Our charming apartment in typical Venetian style with private entrance, can accommodate up to four people and is located in one of the oldest areas of Venice. Nearby possibility of landing for water taxi.

My origins go back to the Philippines, but 25 years ago, I found this beautiful quiet village lagoon. Since then I have not stopped to remain in Venice. Since 2003, it fitted this my pleasure, my husband Pierpaolo, Venetian Doc, who still deals with private security. In my long stay, I always got to establish myself in the roles and functions of collaborator in the hotel business, and refreshing to do. Today, my spouse and I, together, we want to share this accomplishment, grounded in this historic capital, providing all our professionalism to give maximum comfort to guests who wish to stay in this beautiful center, which I like to call "Queen of the seas and the arts". The name comes from an old Venetian family (the Malatin), which has left many traces in the city, and hence the same street where the house is located, has inherited the family name (Calle Malatin).
