One of our assistants will meet you at the property to give you the keys. At check in you will be asked to provide all the guests'identity cards, essential for registration at the police station, and the payment of the tourist tax which is NOT INCLUDED in the cost of stay. To organize the check in we ask our guests to get in touch with the property at least one week before arrival. (LATE CHECK-IN): 35,00 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45,00 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60,00 euro after 00:00.

DUE TO REASONS RELATED TO THE QUIET OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND THE NATURE OF THE ACCOMMODATION WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FROM GROUPS OF FRIENDS OR PARTIES. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. The apartment is located on the third floor of a building located in Cannaregio, in a very quiet and residential area, and consists of an entrance / living room with two comfortable sofas, three double bedrooms and a single one, two complete bathrooms, and a kitchen which is equipped with everything you need to dine comfortably. It is very spacious and, thanks to the many windows in the bedrooms, some of which overlook the canal, it is also very bright. It is equipped with all the comforts needed for a comfortable stay in Venice: wifi, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, microwave, TV in each room, air conditioning and heating. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under 28) NOT ACCEPTED - PARTIES NOT ALLOWED - ONLY QUIET PEOPLE

Neighborhood info

The flat is located in the lively and authenic area of Cannaregio. It is at 20 minutes' walk from the train station and one minute walking from Ca' D'Oro water bus station. Off the beaten track, but close to all the services of the area: in fact it is situated in Strada Nuova, the main street in Venice, where you can find supermakets, shops, restaurants, bars and only 10 minutes walking to Rialto!

After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.
