Thanks to excellent rail connections, it allows quick and efficient travel throughout the metropolitan area. The Smart Double Room is designed for short, practical stays and is perfect for professionals on business trips, exhibitors and visitors to the trade fair. The space is modern, bright and carefully furnished, offering a comfortable place to rest for the night. By booking this option, guests have exclusive use of the bedroom and bathroom within a private apartment, which will not be shared with other guests during the stay. The entire apartment is reserved exclusively for you; however, the use of the kitchen, living room and balcony or smoking area is not included. During your stay, you will have access to a free private parking space on the property, concierge service, ultra-fast fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a UHD Smart TV with Netflix, a mini fridge, espresso coffee and welcome amenities. A washing machine and dryer are also available, along with towels and toiletries, memory foam toppers and pillows, and mosquito screens, double-glazed windows and electric shutters to ensure a comfortable rest. The private parking space is available free of charge for the entire stay; guests are kindly asked to check vehicle dimensions before booking, as cars longer than 4.5 metres must be parked outside the property.
