“CA' GIALLA 5” is a cozy one-bedroom apartment located in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of Ponte Tresa's lakefront and the Italian-Swiss customs (1.3 km). The apartment features modern and functional furnishings, made with care. It is ideal for a couple, but also a group of friends or a family, as it can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a double bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and a comfortable bathroom with shower complete the apartment's rooms. In addition, you will find free WiFi and a Smart TV with foreign channels. Located on the third floor of a building, there is no lift. Free parking on the street. Strategic point for visiting the lake area of Lugano, Maggiore, Como and Switzerland. OTHER DETAILS TO BE SPECIFIED: 1. REGISTRATION OF ALL GUESTS: According to Italian law 109 T.u.l.p.s., we are required to register all our guests. For this you will be asked to provide your personal documents. We CANNOT host those who will not show their personal ID. MINORS are not allowed to stay, unless accompanied by their parents or an adult, but with permission and copy of their parents' documents. 2. For GROUPS or NUMEROUS FAMILIES, I rent two other apartments in the same building: - Ca' Gialla 2 (first floor - max 3 guests); - Ca' Gialla 4 (second floor- max 4 guests). Look at the ads on Booking or make inquiry. 3. PETS: one pet (dog) is allowed per stay and has an additional cost of 8 euro/night. 4. BABY CRIB: If you need a crib, please inform us in advance so that we can prepare it for you if available. It costs 20 euro per stay.

In 15 minutes on foot you can reach the center and the lakefront of Ponte Tresa, numerous supermarkets and grocery stores where you can buy typical Italian delicacies; the village comes alive on Saturdays with the weekly market. Strategic point also to reach the Italian-Swiss CUSTOMS of Ponte Tresa (1.3km), ideal for those who have to travel to Switzerland for work or for those who are on vacation and want to visit the beauty that surrounds us. LUGANO is only 11km away and can be easily reached by train, which leaves every 20 minutes from Ponte Tresa station (Swiss shore). There are numerous villages, overlooking the lake, that are worth visiting, even better by boat or renting a boat (even without a license!): don't miss MORCOTE with the Scherrer Park and GANDRIA. VARESE (23km), a city famous for its villas and gardens, can be reached by bus and MILAN (78km) and COMO (46km) comfortably by train in about an hour and a half. For sports and nature enthusiasts, we are surrounded by mountains and hiking trails. The SWISS VALLEYS, such as the Verzasca Valley and the Maggia Valley, are not to be missed. Also LAKE MAGGIORE, with the Borromean Islands, cities such as Luino (13km), Bellinzona, Ascona. I will be happy to give you further advice during your stay!
