The exposed stone facade makes this house unmistakable: it is a historic building cataloged as Villa Veneta, dating back to 1300 and completely renovated in 2019. The house is on two levels, on the ground floor there is a cozy living room with sofa and Ultra HD Smart TV and a modern fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge and freezer. The kitchen has a peninsula layout and it is very spacious. The kitchen is provided with appliances such as dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The dining room can comfortably accommodate six to eight people around the walnut dining table. On the ground floor there is a small service toilet aswell. A large solid wood staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, one double and one triple with lake view, and a modern bathroom with skylight. The ceiling is entirely made up of ancient finely restored exposed wooden beams, which blend well with the parquet. A large free car park is located right on the corner of the street, a stone's throw from the front door. A table with lake view in the courtyard is available upon request.

The location is excellent, as despite being very close to the center, it is a very quiet area: little traffic and few outside noises. The village offers many services, including a pharmacy, post office, bar, bakery, pastry shop, restaurant, pizzeria, butcher and a small supermarket which are no more than 2/3 minutes' walk from the house. In the town square there is the stop for the shuttle bus to Bardolino, which runs every 60 minutes. It’s the ideal apartment for bicycles and nature walks lovers: in fact, just behind the house you can find the 'Strada del Vino', a breathtaking pedestrian path among the vineyards and olive trees typical of the Mediterranean landscape.
