Cozy and charming loft ideal for 2 people, located 5 minutes from the famous Rialto bridge and very close to Piazza San Marco. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities to transform your stay into a relaxing and romantic holiday in our only city. Check-in rules : - Arrival before 1 p.m. and from 10:30 a.m. to immediately drop off your luggage at the apartment, take the keys and return after cleaning (our apartments are generally ready and clean around 2 p.m., unless otherwise communicated to you ) and to immediately enjoy Venice: 15eu ( to be paid in cash on site, along with the tourist tax, on the day of departure ). - Night arrival ( after 7 p.m. at the apartment ): 15eu ( to be paid in cash on site, along with the tourist tax, on the day of departure )
Born in Venice, I am a young graduated in the international tourism sector in love with my city. I personally lived in this apartment and above all I studied in this Loft and thanks to its tranquility, brightness I felt really at ease. The roof terrace that this house offers is truly a magical, enchanting and very special place with a view of the Campanile di San Marco. Now it is you who can enjoy this little corner of relaxation.
The house is located in the famous "sestiere" district of Santa Croce where the magical Rialto bridge is located. This sestiere is the oldest in Venice and the richest in artisan shops and small typical Venetian taverns: the bacari. You are in the center of Venice so you are spoiled for choice to find a means of transport. You are less than 5 minutes from Rialto and its ancient market.
