Built in 2022 with all-natural materials and photovoltaic panels, with its energy efficiency and heat pump it maintains a comfortable temperature and air exchange whatever the outside temperature. The 2-storey structure consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a kitchen with dishwasher, a double bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, international satellite TV, and a baby cot. To relax, it also offers a private balcony overlooking the lake and a tiny garden. The house is close to many interesting places to visit, including the Borromean Islands reachable by ferry and boat, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso 7 km away and the FAI monument Villa della Porta Bozzolo 10 km away. Tennis and padel courts are nearby. Free parking is available on the street. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the centre of Laveno, the railway station with direct trains to Milan, and the charging station for electric vehicles. Families with children are welcome.
