We offer three independent double rooms, each with a private bathroom, tastefully furnished to ensure maximum comfort for our guests. The building features a well-maintained communal garden, providing a peaceful and relaxing stay in the heart of Rome. Thanks to its strategic location, our property allows easy access to the city's main landmarks and attractions. The Colosseum, Rome’s most iconic symbol, is about a 20-minute walk away, while the stunning Trevi Fountain and the charming Spanish Steps can be reached in approximately 25-30 minutes on foot.
