Rooms "LaVigna" is a small and welcoming family-run guesthouse located in the annex of a newly built villa, nestled in the tranquil foothills of Monteverde, on the site of an ancient vineyard, much of which is still standing. Surrounded by green hills, it enjoys excellent sun exposure and is quiet. The guesthouse offers three en-suite rooms and a terrace furnished with a table and chairs. In the shared entrance area, you'll find a room equipped with breakfast amenities (coffee, tea, microwave, mini-fridge, milk, biscuits, and snacks, etc.). For stays longer than five days, use of the kitchen and dining room can be booked. Strategically located as a base for day trips to nearby cities of art (Carrara, the ancient Luni excavations, Sarzana, Colonnata, Pisa, Lucca, Florence) or to numerous places of great natural, scenic, and cultural beauty, such as the Via Francigena, the Cinque Terre, Lunigiana, the Apuan Alps and its ancient white marble quarries, the Magra River estuary, and the Versilia Riviera with Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, and Viareggio. Just 1 km from the motorway exit and the train station, and approximately 3 km from the beach resorts and the exhibition center (also accessible via cycle paths). Upon your arrival, you will be provided with keys: one for the pedestrian gate, one for the main entrance door, and one for your bedroom door, allowing you to be completely independent.

The business opened in 2023 in the portion of the villa adjacent to our home. This allows us to promptly respond to our guests' requests and also guarantee their safety. We strive wholeheartedly to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay away from the noise and to make them feel at home.

A quiet and peaceful neighborhood characterized by two-story buildings with large green spaces. All essential services are within walking distance, including a parish church, pharmacy, supermarket, bar/tobacconist, pizzeria, laundromat, hairdresser, and a public transportation stop for reaching Carrara city center, the train station, and the beaches.
