Right outside, crossing the nearby bridge, you can already admire the Bridge of Sighs and the Rio della Canonica. The apartment is about 100 m² and consists of a bright open-plan living area with fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and island), dining table for 6 guests and a relaxation area with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. The large window overlooks a peaceful internal garden. The property also features a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, a main bathroom with shower and a second guest bathroom.
