Recently renovated semi-detached house, consisting of two flats both on the ground floor with a terrace. The house is surrounded by greenery and is just a few hundred metres from the beach and the main services of Pieve di Ledro. The house is located near the cycle path, an ideal starting point for excursions on foot or by mountain bike. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: * Maximum 2 PETS are allowed per apartment with a supplement. * TOWELS and BED LINEN can be brought or rented * FINAL CLEANING can be done or paid for * HEATING extra cost to be paid on departure based on consumption * TOURIST TAX not included, to be paid at the property
