“Alba sul Lago” è un rifugio luminoso e tranquillo situato a Dervio, al piano terra del Residence Belvedere. Perfetto per piccole famiglie e amici, offre una camera matrimoniale con balconcino e una camera singola. Dispone inoltre di bagno con doccia e lavatrice, di cucina attrezzata e angolo soggiorno, affacciato su una splendida terrazza, ideale per rilassarsi e per colazioni e cene con vista lago . Nello stabile è presente anche una piscina condominiale aperta da inizio giugno a settembre
