**ALLEGRA house in the heart of Pietrasanta** Newly renovated apartment, located behind the main square of Pietrasanta. Elegant and on six levels, furnished with high quality materials, it can accommodate up to six people, but it is not recommended for families with small children. A private elevator is available to avoid stairs. 1. **Basement:** Cosy multimedia room with a sofa that can accommodate one person. 2. **Entrance/Stay:** Perfect room for relaxation, with a library and board games. 3. **Double Room:** With walk-in closet and adjacent bathroom, a corner of tranquillity. 4. **Second Room:** With bathroom and sauna, ideal for relaxing after exploring. 5. **Kitchen/Dining Room:** Modern, complete with all appliances, but without microwave oven. 6. **Terraces:** Two charming balconies; the first with kitchen and barbeque for outdoor dinners overlooking the Duomo. The other is a corner of paradise with sunbeds and an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off and enjoying the view of the mountains.
My name is Paul and this house has been in my family for a long time. Last year I have decided to do a full renovation and following its completion I decided it's too nice not to share with others. :-) So I hope and believe you will enjoy my house and Pietsrasanta as much as I do!
My house is located in the heart of the historic centre of Pietrasanta, right behind the Duomo. Here you will have access to a lively selection of restaurants, wine bars, bars and pastry shops. You can explore art galleries with exhibitions of famous artists and visit the fascinating churches of the area. If you love shopping, you'll find shops within walking distance A few metres from the station and free public parking, the apartment is perfect for exploring the beauties of Tuscany. In an hour you can reach Florence, while the Cinque Terre is only 50 minutes away. Versilia beach is 10 minutes away by bike, ideal for enjoying the sun and the sea.
