PRENOTAELBA&GOELBA is a project that was born in 2012 from an idea of ​​Marco Battacone and Simone Manca. Three-room apartment, 6 beds (rental for a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults accompanied by children under 12). The property is entirely on the ground floor, overlooking a lush garden. The interiors, rustic yet refined, include a living room with kitchenette and sofa, located in the covered veranda: a bright space thanks to the large windows, pleasantly cool due to the surrounding greenery. From the veranda, you enter the sleeping area, which consists of two windowless bedrooms: one family room with a double bed and bunk bed, equipped with a TV, and a second, smaller room with a double bed and TV. The bathroom, with shower and bidet, is not located inside the bedrooms but is conveniently accessible through a hallway, ensuring privacy and practicality.
