The apartment is located within the "Lido Foce" residential complex, which offers a wide range of amenities, including a children's playground, private beach, bar, and restaurant. It offers supermarkets (including the Coop on Via Barabino), shops, pharmacies, bus stops, and schools, making it popular with both residents and holidaymakers. Foce is the perfect choice for those seeking a peaceful location close to the beach, while remaining just minutes from the lively centre of Sanremo and its famous Casino.
