Room + small bedroom in an independent apartment (ground floor) with a large area and a spacious garden with private parking space, apartment shared with the owner. It consists of a double room, a small bedroom with a bunk bed + private bathroom (max. 4 people), there is a refreshment corner with microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and refrigerator. Please note that the apartment has a single entrance and the owners live in other areas of the house, ensuring respect and privacy. Located near the center of Angera and the lakeside. Ideal for families and those looking for space, peace, and relaxation. Suitable for couples but also for singles: the large garden is ideal for sunbathing and dining outdoors. Near CTP bus, Varese line.
I am a sociable person and I like meeting new people, even with this type of hospitality. I have only one flaw: I speak only Italian and little English.
