Ancient house in front of the sea with terrace, situated in the historical center. It's composed by two bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning for eachone, one of them is a suite. The living room has two sofa beds, and one of them is a doublebed The house is renovated with bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen completely new. the house is sanitized by a vapour cleaner.
Sampieri is a beautiful fishermen's village with a big playa. It's situated in a nature reserve where is possible have a nice walk in the nature through the seacoast. The house is 2 minutes walk from the bus stop, 2 km from train station. 15 km from Pozzallo's harbour. and it's near the beautiful towns of the val di noto(Modica 20km, Scicli 10km, Ragusa 30 km).
