An exclusive and functional solution that fully satisfies all the needs for those looking for a vacation home on Lake Orta. Generous spaces divided on a surface of 50sqm, a modern black staircase above a wall of natural stone luserna divides the two environments of this house. On the second floor there is a living room with kitchen and on the second floor there is a bedroom and bathroom. Dynamic and original, Duplex is also ideal for business stays, thanks to the studio located on the 2 floor.

Neighborhood info

On foot, a few meters from us you can find everything you need: supermarket coop, butcher, bakeries, pharmacies, clothing stores, banks, tobacconists, restaurants, bars and the hospital. At 2 minutes by car there are two other supermarkets, lidl and penny market and the outlet store Lagostina. Not to forget the outdoor market, every week on Thursday on the lakefront to taste typical products of our areas. In addition, the strategic location of Casa Coppa allows you to reach in a few kilometers Orta San Giulio, Lake Mergozzo, Stresa and the entire shore of Lake Maggiore. The airport of Milan-Malpensa is 65km away.
