The house is located in the historic centre of Bevagna, a few steps from Piazza Filippo Silvestri. Spacious and bright, it has a cosy living room with two sofa beds and smart TV; kitchen, with balcony and a view of the bell tower of St. Michael's Church, dining area with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and various utensils; double bedroom with possibility of adding a child's bed; another bedroom with two beds; bathroom with window, bidet and bathtub/shower. The house, formerly part of an ancient complex, has recently been renovated. Moreover, it is in an excellent location, both for the centre of Bevagna and for the main Umbrian towns. Being located on the main square of the village, it is equipped with various amenities: bars, restaurants and pizzerias.

Bevagna is divided into the four old medieval quarters, called 'GAITE', whose names derive from the ancient churches: San Giovanni, Santa Maria, San Pietro and San Giorgio. Casa Corso Amendola is located in the heart of the Gaita San Pietro, a few metres from the Piazza. Numerous interesting events take place throughout the year. The closest: Medieval Spring from 24 to 28 April; Medieval Banquet on 25 may in Piazza F. Silvestri; Mercato delle Gaite from 19 to 30 June. Umbria's oldest re-enactments include the Procession of the Dead Christ on Good Friday and the Running of the Risen Christ on Easter morning in Piazza Filippo Silvestri. In addition to being one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, Bevagna is in a position to serve as a base for moving throughout the region. It is 11 km from Spello, 17 km from Santa Maria degli Angeli, 24 km from Assisi, 32 km from Spoleto, 33 km from Perugia airport, 34 km from Todi, 40 km from Perugia, 69 km from Gubbio. It is included, together with other neighbouring villages, in a food and wine itinerary for visits to numerous companies (wine cellars, oil mills, pork butchers, etc.) aimed at getting to know the typical products of the area.
