Casa del Grano is an ancient dammuso, recently renovated and located on the ground floor of a 1900 Art Nouveau building in the heart of Ispica. In the adjacent streets you will find easy parking, you can move on foot to visit the town and its countless glimpses of tradition, history and architecture. The position of the house is strategic for reaching the main baroque cities of the Val di Noto (Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa) and the golden beaches of Santa Maria del Focallo (blue flag).
Hi, I'm Antonio and I was born about fifty years ago in this beautiful house. I am a real estate agent with passion and in the same spirit I thought I would share part of my house, renovating the old warehouse of the Wheat and proposing it for your holidays.
Ispica is a quiet Sicilian town, the house of Grano is located adjacent to Corso Umberto (pedestrian area) in the city center. From the window of the house you can see Palazzo Bruno di Belmonte, now the seat of the Municipality. In the neighborhood there are shops of various kinds, a convenience store and some restaurants or to relax with a good aperitif. Despite being in the city center you will have no problem with the free parking of your car.
