Transportation and shopping are incredibly convenient, with supermarkets, banks, bakeries, pharmacies, fruit shops, bars, numerous restaurants, pizzerias, dry cleaners, and more nearby. Newly renovated in 2023, the 46-square-meter apartment features a private entrance and a small garden. It includes two south-facing, bright, and quiet rooms with heating and air conditioning (each with an ensuite bathroom) and a fully equipped kitchenette.
