The Cm Company shows the current moment in the long history of two Umbrian families, as old as Umbria, its people and its civilization. The letters "C" and "M" are the initials of two surnames and the tale of a vision called "Centumbrie" It is a family business that decided to invest in its homeland as a sign of gratitude. Cm Centumbrie is research, experience, and the story of a territory, according to a project based on listening to the laws of nature. Sustainability, quality, organic farming, short supply chains, design, and hospitality become tangible elements of a system based on excellence and valuable ethical principles. Agricultural properties, farmhouses, production, and dining area: The Cm Centumbrie world is a network of places waiting to be discovered. They stretch across the hills and the lakeshore. Along the eastern bank of Lake Trasimeno. Our production is based on wine, olive oil, legumes, and mill. The company also has two restaurants the Evo Bistro and Trattoria La Lepre. We also create a tailor-made event and we really care to make the experience with us unforgettable!

Casa Eufemia is located in the heart of Mugnano, a typical Umbrian village just 10 minutes from Lake Trasimeno and 20 minutes from Perugia. Inside the historic building there are 9 apartments on two floors, recently renovated and each characterized by a different color and designer furnishings with a vintage appeal. Access to the floors is also favored by the presence of an elevator. Each accommodation has an equipped kitchenette, living area, sleeping area, and at least one bathroom. Each unit is equipped with independent heating, complete bed linen and towels, soaps, and hair dryer. It is an oasis of tranquility that can be enjoyed in any season.

Mugnano is a typical medieval village located just 10 minutes from Lake Trasimeno and 20 minutes from the historic center of Perugia. Umbria, the birthplace of the Etruscan peoples, has always been considered the green heart of Italy, which welcomes thousands of visitors every year thanks to its historical and natural beauties such as the Marmore waterfalls, the historic center of Assisi, Spoleto Gubbio, and much more.
