Located on the ground floor of the noble 12th-century Palazzo Morosini, Casa Flavia is a luxury apartment accommodating up to four guests. The residence features a spacious living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with frescoed ceilings from the Tiepolo school. Ancient exposed beams, Istrian stone, ebony, and marble blend seamlessly with iconic design pieces by Ettore Sottsass, Fornasetti, and Gaetano Pesce, creating a refined balance between contemporary design and Venetian tradition. Fully renovated in the spirit of Carlo Scarpa, the apartment offers king and queen beds with fine Italian linens, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a bright living area with Smart TV. Canal views from every window complete the experience, with gondolas gliding quietly past.

Neighborhood info

The Castello district is one of the most interesting area of the city. Close to the most important city landmarks but out from the crowds, here you will find a lot of sights to see such as Campo San Giovanni e Paolo with its amazing Basilica, the Scuola grande di San Marco, the Bartolomeo Colleoni statue, the Santa Maria dei Miracoli church and the Arsenale, just to name a few. The area is also full of typical and innovative restaurants, art galleries and shops, very real, not touristic!
