Nestled in the variegated panorama on two levels, towering over the first of the sloping terraces of Mount Tauro, the house dominates the ancient agora; in a privileged position, along the axis of the theaters, it stretches out over the beating heart of the charming city. The view ranges from the gulf to the coasts of Calabria and the main monuments and the suggestive agglomeration of the roofs of Taormina; city ​​with a double soul: refined and cultured, but at the same time popular and convivial. Considered the historic capital of regional tourism, its history has its roots in antiquity. A few steps away is Corso Umberto, the main street of Taormina full of boutiques and delicious restaurants. Very bright, the apartment is the ideal accommodation to enjoy an unforgettable stay in total relaxation, in the historic center but in total privacy. Equipped with all comforts, Wi-Fi included and air-conditioned, it has a master bedroom with bathroom, walk-in closet, 42' smart TV with surround bar and safe, a single bedroom, a kitchen with balcony, a second bathroom, a panoramic living room with smart 55' TV with balcony and a 20 m2 terrace which can also be used as a solarium and equipped with a kitchen for unforgettable breakfasts, lunches and dinners. To top it all off, the very comfortable and precious garage, available only by reservation, under the house which makes the logistics of this house perfect. Access will be completely autonomous with self check-in.

In the center, a few steps from the main Via Corso Umberto and a few minutes from the main attractions of Taormina. There is a supermarket about 200 meters shortly after Porta dei Cappuccini where they also make delicious sandwiches. A more well-stocked Decò supermarket, further away, is present near Porta Catania. Petrol station within walking distance. Pharmacies along Corso Umberto. Odeon under the house, BamBar, adjacent bakery and Ancient Theater just a few minutes away. In reality, due to the location of the location, it is not necessary to use a car. The sea is only 3 km away, always clear and warm, reachable by own means or more comfortably by cable car or by bus, the station of which is just a few minutes' walk away.
