The property spans a huge, fully fenced 20,000 square meters at the foot of the picturesque Monte Malbe, with plenty of room to roam! Guests can take peaceful morning walks right into the nearby woods. The estate is designed for relaxation and good times: You can enjoy our Shared salt water swimming pool and lounges on comfortable sun beds with beautiful sunset in to Umbrian hills and yes, you might bump into our resident, loving guest as you are those who share our residence with our army of cats who share our peaceful place.
