A 48 m² apartment located in a private residence directly on the lake, ideal for accommodating up to 4 people. You will find the accommodation at entrance C, next to the bar; take the elevator to reach the second floor. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen-dining area, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, and coffee machine, one bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The residence offers a large shared garden with a terrace, furnished with a big table and chairs for guests to enjoy outdoor lunches or dinners with a lake view. By using the elevator and going down to floor -1, you can access the garden, the beach, and three shared piers on the lake directly. Outside, there is a shower available, ideal after a day at the lake, and a playground for children.
