Property info

Located in Pacengo di Lazise, close to the amusement parks and with private access to the beach and the waterfront, this new villa is surrounded by a large garden and placed in a very exclusive residential area. The villa was newly built in 2019 and has 2 double rooms, a large lake view terrace on the 1st floor and a bathroom with shower on the 1st floor. The ground floor comes with a large and bright living room with kitchen, dining area, comfortable sofa and satellite TV and another bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. On the terrace on the ground you will also find a BBQ for your BBQ dinners! The large park with olive trees and beautiful flowers will be a paradise for your children. The pool is only available to guests of Casa Linda and the family of the house next door. From the garden you can reach the beach via a small path. From here you can walk or bike to Lazise, Pacengo, Peschiera or even further. Several restaurants and bars and even the sandy beach Spiaggia D'Oro are within walking distance! Gardaland or Movieland amusement parks can even be reached on foot from this accommodation if you wish! In about 20 minutes on foot you are already in the park!
