Hi, welcome to our cosy and confortable apartment in the centre of Marina di Ragusa, walking distance from many beach and shops. This beautiful 80 sqm design apartment with mini pool, completely renovated in 2023, is located in the quietest area of the centre, 5 minutes walk from the beach, supermarkets, shops and the lively area full of bars and restaurants. It consists of a large living area with lounge and dining area, separate kitchen, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate laundry room. The beautiful shaded veranda and the mini pool surrounded by greenery guarantee a memorable stay. The space The bright apartment has WiFi, air conditioning and independent heating. It has a large living area with a dining and relaxation area with a 40" LED TV and Netflix, Prime and Now subscriptions. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, combined fan and microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and study area has a king-size double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a single bed that converts into a comfortable double or twin beds, a chest of drawers and a desk. The shaded veranda with sliding panels has a table for 6 with a steam cooling system. The 2.5 x 3 metre swimming pool with water seats is an oasis of relaxation and refreshment in the summer heat. The house has a separate laundry room with washing machine and sink.

In 2018 Marina di Ragusa has won the BLU Flag award for sea cleaness and service offered to visitorsa together with the GREEN Flag award given by the pediatrician organization to the best kids seaside places. Strategically located in a quiet and peaceful area in the heart of the village, the flat is a 5-minute walk from supermarkets, shops, the central square with restaurants, bars and the beach.
