Casa Pineta has 3 categories of flats on 3 floors: Standard Two-Bedroom apartment on the mezzanine floor without balcony / Apartment with 2 Bedrooms and Balcony on the 1st floor with balcony / Standard One-Bedroom apartment on the 2nd mansard floor without balcony. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: * Maximum 2 PETS are allowed per apartment with a supplement. * TOWELS and BED LINEN can be brought or rented * FINAL CLEANING can be done or paid for * HEATING extra cost to be paid on departure based on consumption * TOURIST TAX not included, to be paid at the property. Please note that the ramp leading to the car park is very steep and some vehicles (e.g. low-slung cars, vans or similar, trailers, etc.) may have difficulty accessing it. A maximum of one parking space per flat.
