Casa Portagioia is an elegant yet relaxed country retreat in Tuscany – somewhere between a country hotel and your best friend’s home. It is a place where you can relax, take time to reflect on your travels and to be energized and enthused in to seeing more of the wonderful places Tuscany (and Umbria) have to offer. Twice awarded the best bed and breakfast in the world, it is somewhere you can be sure to enjoy and feel completely at home during your travels to Tuscany.

Visit the jewel of a town Castiglion Fiorentino or try some Pecorino from Pienza or some of Tuscany’s famous wine or discover the antiquities of Arezzo, the treasures of Cortona, Montepulciano and Siena or the tranquillity that is Assisi – even a day trip to Florence - (an hour by train) - these are just a few ideas to contemplate whilst you sit back and relax by our swimming pool enjoying the ever changing Tuscan vista that surrounds Casa Portagioia.
