Casa "Maria" e Casa "Cristina" sono il risultato di un intervento di ristrutturazione della mia abitazione di famiglia terminato in febbraio 2018. In seguito ai feedback ricevuti dagli ospiti, nel 2024 entrambi gli appartamenti sono stati ulteriormente oggetto di ristrutturazione con verniciature delle stanze, delle persiane ed apportate delle piccole migliorie per aumentare il comfort dei clienti. In entrambi gli appartamenti è stato installato un impianto di aria condizionata inverter con pompa di calore. In casa Maria sono stati sostituiti gli infissi ed è stato migliorata la doccia del bagno. Gli appartamenti si trovano all'interno di un palazzo antico risalente al 1500 costruito in tufo. Una volta l'intero palazzo faceva parte del vicino seminario vescovile. Caratteristico è l'archetto che si trova sotto Casa "Cristina", ristrutturato come in origine nel 2014, che bisogna attraversare per arrivare all'interno del chiostro dove si trova il portone di ingresso del palazzo.
