The Megavilla REA is built on three levels plus a cellar for a total surface of more than 400 sqm. Has eight bedrooms, four bathrooms, two of them with jacuzzi tubs, a separate sauna, two living rooms , internal and external dining area. There is also a large and wonderful living area with bar and kitchen openplane ideal to organize a party. The villa is equipped with many comforts: In the house there are two separate and independent kitchens with cooking hobs, oven, dishwasher, washing machines, fridge, microwave. Airconditioning, Heating system, Satellite TV, WiFi internal and external. Outside the villa there is a huge park , a large swimming pool, a soccer field for two teams of seven players , a tennis court, a play area for children with a slide and a swing, a barbecue area near the pool for grilling with friends. There is a small gym and a private path in the green for footing , ideal for keeping your fitness. It is also possible to request , as extra, service restaurant for occasional meals around the pool, in a beautiful atmosphere , babysitting , maid service part time or full time daily.

Villa REA is immersed in the green of the Val di Vara, it gives you a sensation of peace and tranquility very relaxing. At the same time you are 20 min. from La Spezia center , from 5 Terre (Five Lands) and from the commercial area. If you prefer you can go to the sandy beach of Lerici or breezy beach of Portovenere by boat or by car. In one hour time you can reach amazing places of Tuscany as Sarzana , Massa Carrara(I recommend visit the marble quarries) , Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Pisa and Florence. On the west side you can visit , beside 5 Terre, pearls of LiguriaPortovenere , Levanto, Sestri Levante, S.Margherita, Rapallo , Portofino, Genova. Genova and Pisa have an airport. In summer time there are many interesting festivals and shows in several countries of the area. Villa Rea has everything to make your holiday unforgettable. This is what they say our guests.
