Located in a quiet building just a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Arco and main amenities, Casa Segantini 2.0 - Relax Apartment 2 is a beautiful, fully modernized apartment (late 2024). It is the perfect retreat for sports enthusiasts (cycling, climbing, hiking) and those looking for pure relaxation in Garda Trentino. The apartment, located on the 2nd floor, is air-conditioned and features fast Wi-Fi. It offers a bright open space with a comfortable sofa bed, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, gas stove, coffee machine, and kettle). It has a spacious double bedroom and a modern bathroom with a large shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included to ensure a worry-free stay. The real highlights of the property are the two private balconies (one furnished with seating and a small table for outdoor relaxation) and the incredibly convenient parking: guests have access to an outdoor parking space and a rare indoor garage with a private cellar, ideal for safely storing bicycles and sports equipment.
