If you are looking to enjoy the beach as well as the vibrant and expensive Taormina without spending a fortune and without renouncing to WiFi, air-conditioning and PRIVATE PARKING, look no further! Casa Spisone also features a private garden and last but not least a DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH of Spisone: you will only have to follow a path of about 150 meters and never cross a road! The cable car that ferries tourists to the centre of Taormina is at just 850 meters. The entrance to the highway is at 800 meters. Etna, golf club, Catania, Messina and many other places to visit distance less than a 30 minute drive. Once you have parked your car, the well-kept garden will lead you to a spacious terrace with a shaded area for outdoor dining. This terrace and stairs connect the 2 UNITS that make up the house. The upstairs unit is composed as follows: - A living room with kitchen and single bed / sofa; - A bathroom with shower; - A double bedroom. In this bedroom, on request, it is possible to add a cot. The downstairs unit is made up as follows: - One bedroom with single bed with extra pull-out bed (2 beds); - A semi-covered courtyard with access to a toilet; - A bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together with a shower. This room has no other windows beyond the front door and is only accessible from the courtyard which is once only accessible from the first bedroom. On this level there is also a laundry area and an outdoor shower. The beds are 7 in total. There are 2 parking spaces. All rooms are air conditioned. All in all, Casa Spisone is a perfect beach house for families and friends. Please Note: on one side of the house there is a main road which could be busy at times. Plase Note: the house was recently renovated so some of the furniture and colours may differ from the pictures (they look even better now!).
