Ideal for families and groups who want to enjoy the beach without sacrificing space and privacy.
Located on the Marotta coast road, 50 meters from the public beach and resorts. A 5-minute walk will take you to the town center with bars, seafood restaurants, ice cream parlors, and bike rentals. A Conad supermarket and pharmacy are 300 meters away. The center of Senigallia and Rotonda a Mare are 10 minutes away, and Fano is 15 minutes away. This quiet, safe residential area is perfect for those who want to walk to the beach without the chaos. Free parking is always available in front.
