The house is immersed in the green Umbrian hills,among vines,olive trees and the large garden that surrounds it,an ideal place for a relaxing stay where to move for naturalistic ,cultural and food and wine excursions,as well as for sports activities such as bicycles(provided),trekking,canyoning and caving(Forra del Rio Freddo and Grotta del Monte Cucco),and even sailing(organized by me at the Conero for about 1 hour by car).
Hospitality,kindness and availability distinguish us.
Locations reachable in 30 min. by car:Foligno Perugia Fabriano Spello Assisi Trevi Spoleto. In 1 hour you can reach the Conero riviera and visit Ancona
