There are parking where you pay end free parking on the street. Pets are not allowed. Located in Sanremo, the holiday apartment Casa via Monta has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 40 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, satellite TV as well as children's books . Bedroom 1 has 1 queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 bunk bed for 2 people. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 41mt. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 150mt. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 95mt. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 149mt. Walking/driving distance to beach: 700mt Beach Italo Calvino. Towels are included in the price. Bedlinen is included in the price.
Sono la proprietaria dell'alloggio vacanza,metto a disposizione dei miei ospiti con tanta cura ed attenzione resto sempre curiosa di conoscere i miei clienti,abito a Sanremo da circa 8 anni e la trovo una citta' dai mille volti,tutta da girare e da scoprire...con le sue maggiori attrazioni,teatro Ariston e Casino' Municipale...offre inoltre svariati eventi culturali e internazionali,di sporte bellezza tutto l'anno...oltre che uno splendido mare con l'influenza della vicina costa azzurra...e un clima mite anche in inverno dove potersi godere la natura anche nei mesi piu' rigidi.
La via Monta' in centro si trova all'inizio del famoso centro storico della citta' di Sanremo denominato' Pigna'...a pochi passi puoi trovare un parcheggio in strada nella piazza Eroi Sanremesi al costo di 8 euro al giorno esclusa la domenica.. o libero nelle adiacenti strade di via Martiri della Liberta' o via Pietro Agosti.Oltre adesserci un Parcheggio custodito a pagamento(RoyalPark) a disposizione
